How the estimate works
We plan about 2 cocktails per guest at weddings and parties and 1.5 per guest at networking events. One bottle of base spirit makes about 15 servings, and we suggest buying 10–20% extra. One bartender handles up to 30 guests with cocktails (50 without); two bartenders cover up to 200 guests. Above 200 guests with more than 3 cocktails, plan about one bartender per cocktail.
