Built for a moving deck
Boat service is not land service. We batch and pre-chill where it matters, use stable vessels and dispensers instead of open pours, and keep the station tight so nothing slides when the wake hits. Garnishes are prepped ashore so there is minimal knife work on board.
Cocktails that survive the sun
Long, refreshing serves win on a Singapore afternoon — spritzes, tropical highballs, frozen-style blends and citrus-forward sours. We colour-match the menu to the celebration and always include a strong mocktail for guests who are pacing themselves.
Where we board
We regularly meet charters at Sentosa Cove, ONE°15 Marina, Marina at Keppel Bay and Raffles Marina. Tell us your marina and departure time and we will arrive 30 minutes before boarding to load in.
Guest numbers on board
One bartender handles up to 30 guests with a full cocktail menu, or 50 guests for beer, wine and simple highballs. Larger charters can add a second bartender.
Ice, glassware and supplies
Charters rarely carry enough ice. We can supply ice by the bag or styrofoam box, plus rock, highball and wine glass racks or disposables for deck safety. Procurement and delivery of the full drinks list is available if you would rather not shop.
Licensing on a private charter
No liquor licence is needed when drinks are served free of charge to your private guests on a chartered vessel. Ticketed or commercial sailings follow venue and operator rules — tell us the setup and we will advise.
