How Far in Advance Should You Book a Wedding Bartender in Singapore?
Bartending is one of the later vendor bookings in a Singapore wedding timeline, but leaving it to the final fortnight limits your options on popular dates.
The short answer
Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead for a typical Singapore wedding. For Saturday dates in peak season — roughly November through February, plus auspicious dates — aim for 2 to 3 months.
A $50 non-refundable deposit per staff confirms the date. Everything else, including the menu, can be finalised later.
A simple timeline
Two to three months out: confirm your venue's rules on outside alcohol and corkage, then hold your bartending date.
Four to six weeks out: run the menu consultation, decide BYOB or procurement, and confirm guest numbers within a reasonable range.
Two weeks out: lock the final headcount, receive the shopping list if you are supplying bottles, and confirm glassware, ice and bar table add-ons.
Event week: confirm the venue access time, load-in route and power. We arrive one hour before guest arrival for weddings.
Last-minute bookings
Weekday and Sunday dates are often available at short notice, and we have covered events with under a week's notice. Saturdays in December are the hardest to fill late.
